Today is the eleventh day I survived through cream and floss behind the glass at breadtalk...
Yes because i'm the flosser.they call me Song-Song Gong Zu (floss princess)
i think i've made thousands of floss...although i learned few of the bread such as croissant,danish toppings,sausage bread,garlic bread and more..floss is my must to do duty everyday until today.
I'm really sick of it frankly...I always pray to my daddy that I'm going to love it somehow..
this is just the beginning and i wouldn't want to get out from behind the glass before i earned qualify experiences as a true baker.
I was amazed by my seniors,the real bakers,who minimally work for 2 years at breadtalk..there is also a girl who is just graduated from shatec diploma in baking,she is also new,just worked for 2 months but still she is my senior who I find her duties are more interesting because her floss duty has already been hand over to me,her poor junior who doesn't have proper education regarding baking.she says the more skill i know,the demands from the Head will be more and stressful.Scary?but really,I cant wait.No more Song Song please!
It's really not easy to be somebody,in my half years experience working in the office environment,politically matter is a common,many cruel things were exposed to me,it's tough.
Now,being into food and beverage line,also has their own obstacles.
Obstacles are everywhere,but they are to make you become stronger,I believe.
But i couldnt be one stronger.I will fall,fall easily without Him.
How big the obstacle is,I am now ready to face it because I have Him.
He always never fail to make me feel that i need Him,He never fail to let me know that He loves me,He never fail to remind me that He is the only answer to everything.
I'm waiting for Him to say,well done my daughter,although He is the biggest contribution for everything in my life.
At least they call me princess.hehehe.
